30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
*In the same condition you received it
*Unworn or unused
*With original tags and packaging
*Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To begin a return, please contact us at Support@fitplusnow.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Support@fitplusnow.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll resolve the issue quickly—either with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return:
*Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
*Custom or personalized products
*Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
*Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
*Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different size or item? The fastest way is to return the original product (once approved), and place a new order separately.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery—no questions asked. The item must meet the same condition requirements as noted above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

When will my order ship?
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days once shipped.
Note: While most packages arrive on time, delays can occur due to events beyond our control (e.g., holidays, weather, or carrier delays). We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to cancel?
No problem! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Just email us at Support@fitplusnow.com with the subject line “CANCEL.” If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Entered the wrong shipping address?
If you spot a mistake in your address, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately. We can update the address within 24 hours of your order.
