Refund Policy

At Fit Plus Now, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of fitness equipment, we cannot accept returns on items that have been assembled or used.

To start a return, email us at support@fitplusnow.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Assembled or used equipment
  • Items returned without original packaging

Shipping Costs

For EU customers, return shipping is free of charge. For all other regions, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us at support@fitplusnow.com with a clear written statement of your decision to withdraw, including your order number. The 14-day withdrawal period begins the day you (or a nominated third party) receive the goods.

The 14-day withdrawal period includes weekends and public holidays. If the last day of the period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day.

Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, using the same payment method as your original transaction.

Returned items must reach us within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We cover return shipping costs for EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal. Return shipping is free of charge.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Equipment that has been assembled or used
  • Sealed hygiene or personal care products once opened
  • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized
